Booking Policy: At the time of booking, the amount indicated on the booking page is prepaid and the remaining balance is paid upon arrival. Unless otherwise agreed with the host/manager.
Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 21 days prior to the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 21 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. In case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in takes place from 15:00 to 18:00 on the day of arrival and check-out at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request, subject to availability and at an additional charge.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each villa is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and with additional charges.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning that may be required.
Smoking and Pets Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the villas and for accommodating pets, what is stated in the information of each accommodation applies.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed at the accommodation.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
By making a reservation, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules set by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
